Bronte Blue Klass is a contemporary fine art photographer that paints with her camera. People often mistake her austere and ethereal work for watercolors or pastels. Experimenting with technique, intermixing mediums, and encouraging herself to confront taboo she pushes the creative boundaries of photography and "has come up with works that are purely sublime".

Bronte Klass is a native northern Californian. While attending Sir Francis Drake High School in Marin county, a spark ignited her love for photography and set her sights on pursuing it as a career. This lead her to SFAI (San Francisco Art Institute) on a Presidential Portfolio Scholarship. Bronte graduated from SFAI in 2017 with a BFA in Photography and Art History. Bronte studied abroad through SFAI in London at CSM (Central Saint Martins) and loved exploring new ideas and people. Through this exchange she participated in an amazing group installation called “Remember Nature” through the Serpentine Gallery.
Seeing the world through a ‘lens’ has been something she has loved since she could hold a camera. Bronte interned at the SFAC gallery (San Francisco Arts Commission) gallery, archiving, installing and curating, events, as well as in house photographer. This extended education has lead her to Radiant Space in West Hollywood, CA where she has found her kindred spirits in promoting the arts.
Bronte has exhibited in group shows in Northern CA. Her artwork is currently available at The Independent Mercantile in Murphys, CA.
